Konekti raises €1.2 million to make data transformation in process intelligence 10x faster
Eindhoven, October 28, 2025 – The Dutch start-up Konekti has raised €1.2 million to further develop its process intelligence technology and scale internationally. The seed round was led by Arches Capital, with participation from the Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM).
For many organizations, data transformation remains the biggest bottleneck within process intelligence. Building and maintaining the data models, the digital twins of business processes, often takes months and limits the scalability of process intelligence initiatives. Konekti automates and structures this step, enabling teams to have reliable process data models within days, ready to be used on platforms like Celonis, SAP Signavio, and Microsoft Power Automate.
“For years, building data models was the main obstacle to scale process intelligence,” says Lotte Vugs, CEO and co-founder of Konekti. “With Konekti, this process is five to ten times faster. That gives teams the insights they need to determine where processes need to be improved, where AI has the greatest impact, and provides AI agents with the process context they need to act effectively and responsibly.”
Konekti is used by process intelligence teams at multinationals and consulting firms in the Netherlands and beyond. The solution integrates seamlessly with existing ecosystems and is designed for teams looking to accelerate, standardize, and industrialize their process intelligence initiatives.
“Konekti addresses a crucial bottleneck in a mature but rapidly growing market. Their technology finally makes it possible to industrialize process intelligence end-to-end and at the same time forms the foundation for the AI-driven organization of the future.”
Lotte Smit van DitsHuizen, partner at Arches Capital
"Konekti tackles one of the most underestimated but essential challenges in data preparation for process intelligence: reusability and speed, The platform converts data into tangible value for companies faster than ever. By creating scalable data models in just days, the team demonstrates technical craftsmanship and sharp insight into organizational bottlenecks. This is the kind of innovation that drives business forward."
